    Future Orders

  • What is my future orders?
      Your future orders is your permanent order that you want delivered each week without your intervention required.
  • How do I modify my future orders?
    • To modify the quantity of a product or box that you have in your order, change the number in the listing of your future orders at the top of the future orders page.
    • To remove an item from your order, change the number to 0.
    • To add new items, scroll down to the bottom half of the future orders page and specify the number of products you want added to your order.
    • Can't see what you want? Move your mouse over list of categories on the left and choose a category from the cascading lists that will appear.
    • Click either Update Order button when you are done.
    • Your new future orders will be listed on the future orders page.
    • Changes to your Future Orders will alter orders on or after Wednesday 15 September 2010.
  • Will changing my Future Orders affect my Change Your Orders?
      The current customizing of your box will remain unless you switch box sizes. If you have eliminated a Future Orders item from your Change Your Orders it will not be added back in. If you add products to your Future Orders they will be added on to the Change Your Orders.
  • How do I find out more about the boxes and products?
      To get more information about a box, click on the box name on future orders page. To get more information about a product, click on the products name on the bottom half of future orders page.
  • Do I have to have a future orders?
      No, you can come in each week and order as needed.


    Change Your Orders

  • What is my change your orders?
      Your change your orders is the specific items that you want delivered on a given date. If you do not alter it, it will be as specified in your future orders. Changing your change your orders will not change your future orders.
  • When will my change your orders be delivered?
      Your change your orders will be delivered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday depending on where you are located. Please contact Wildly Organic to find an approximate time.
  • When can I modify my change your orders?
      You can modify your orders until Saturday 11:59 pm for the Monday delivery, Saturday 11:59 pm for the Tuesday delivery, Monday 11:59 pm for the Wednesday delivery, Monday 11:59 pm for the Thursday delivery or Monday 11:59 pm for the Friday delivery.
  • How do I modify my change your orders?
    • To modify the quantity of a product or box that you have in your order, change the number in the listing of your change your orders at the top of the change your orders page.

  • What if I modified my order and then want to start over?

      After clicking the Update Order button, the screen will refresh showing you your new order. Also, you will get an email when the session is over showing you what is in your order if you requested that service.


    Holidays

  • What if I'm going on holidays, or want to skip delivery?
      Please let us know when you will be away. No deliveries will be made on the days you choose.

      You can also check to see when you have told us you will be away on this page. If you are no longer going to be away, you can tell us to restore your delivery.



    Boxes

  • How can I order a box?
      A box can be ordered as part of your future orders if you wish to receive it every week or part of your change your orders if you wish to try it first. Just set the number of boxes you want to receive at the top of the order.
  • Can I modify my box?
      That depends on the type of basket ordered.
  • When can I modify my box?
      You can modify your box as soon as it has been defined by Wildly Organic until Saturday 11:59 pm for the Monday delivery, Saturday 11:59 pm for the Tuesday delivery, Monday 11:59 pm for the Wednesday delivery, Monday 11:59 pm for the Thursday delivery or Monday 11:59 pm for the Friday delivery. Wildly Organic will let you know when it is ready.
  • How can I modify my box?
      You can modify your box on the box page in the following ways:
    • Preferences have already been automatically removed from your box. You can add them back in if you like.
    • Type a zero beside your preferences (the highlighted items) or other items you do not want.
    • Edit the value in the text boxes beside other items to increase or decrease their quantity.
    • Click the popdown beside any item to substitute a different item.
    • Enter the quantity as desired.
    • Click Update when you are done to confirm your changes, or at any point to see your modifications to date.

      As you work with this form, changed items will highlight and the system will display an indicator to tell you when you have undershot the default box value. You can see by the size of this bar how close you are to filling your box. To find out what will top up your box, click on a zero item and choose from the pop down list.

      Pay special attention to items highlighted in this color. They are items you have requested never to be sent to you. If you do not have a chance to come in and look at your box, the Wildly Organic personnel will make appropriate substitutions for you.
  • Can't get more of what you want?
      Zero out some items. Press Update and then click on a zero item and when you have taken enough out, your choice will appear in the window.
  • How can I tell my modifications have been made?
      After clicking the Update button, the screen will refresh showing you your new box. Also, you will get an email when the session is over showing you what is in your order and your box if you requested that service.
  • What if I modified my box and then want to start over?
      At the top of the the box page click Reset to Standard Box.
      

    Tell Us Your Preferences

  • What is a Preference?
      You can tell us your preferences for a specific produce type or an entire CATEGORY of produce. For example, you can have us never send (ALL) POTATOES or tell us to just exclude RUSSET POTATOES. You can also tell us what other things you like. If you do not have a chance to come in and look at your box, the Wildly Organic personnel will substitutions the things you do want for those that you do not. Your choices are:
      • Send
      • Never Sends
      Never Sends indicates that you never want these products. They will be highlighted in your box. Send indicates that you have no specific preference for these products. All other preferences are shown to managers to assist them when replacing things in your boxes.
  • What does Never Sends mean?
      This indicates you NEVER want this category or product included in your box. If you do not have a chance to come in and make a substitution in your box, the Wildly Organic personnel will make it for you.
  • Do I have to list all my preferences?
      No, just let us know a few items you always like in case we have to make substitutions on your behalf.
  • How can I modify my list of preferences?
      You can modify your your list of preferences on the preferences page in the following ways:
    • At the top of the page, there is a list of categories, and a list of specific products for which you specified a preference. What you choose for a specific product will overrule what you choose for categories that contain it. If you choose a preference for a specific product that is the same as the preference for the containing category, the specific product preference will no longer be listed.
    • You may add things to your preference list by choosing a product or category from the bottom of the preferences page and choosing your preference adjacent to it.
    • You can remove a Category or Product preference by choosing the remove option. If a product is assigned the same preference of the containing category, which is the value it would have in any case, the preference is also removed.
    • Can't see what you want? Move your mouse over the list of categories on the left and choose a category from the cascading lists that will appear. It's sub-categories and products will replace the current list.
    • Each time you change a preference for a Category or Product, and click the update button, the list at the top of the page will be refreshed.

      If you do not have a chance to come in and look at your order, the Wildly Organic personnel will make appropriate substitutions for your Never Sends.
  • What do I do if I want Never want Potatoes (Category) except for Russets potatoes (Product in category)?
      What you choose for a specific product will overrule what you choose for categories that contain it. Choose Never Sends for the category Potatoes and then choose anything you wish Product Russets Potatoes.


    Registration

  • How do I sign up?
      Go to our Registration page and fill in at least the manditory fields. After you have submitted the page, you can set up your future orders. Someone from Wildly Organic will be in contact with you.
  • How do I change my registration information?
      Go to our Registration page and change any information or service choices you have made.
